Case study
Lincoln Crossing: 3,067 homes, rescued
Before Succeed.Net, Lincoln Crossing's fiber network had passed through several providers that were bought and sold, and the network was neglected: no firmware or security updates for three to four years, unmaintained backup batteries and extended outages.
We took over operations, stabilized the network, brought every system up to date and upgraded service to 2 Gbps on the existing equipment. Nearly three years later, residents have reliable internet and a local support line that answers.

Questions boards ask us
Do you build new networks or take over existing ones?
Both. We build new fiber networks (new construction and retrofit) and take over, repair and operate existing ones.
What size communities do you work with?
From apartment buildings with a few dozen units to master-planned communities with thousands of homes.
How long does it take?
It depends on the community and whether we're building or taking over. Board processes are often the longest step; we'll give you a realistic timeline in our proposal.
Who do residents call for help?
Our local team. Residents get a dedicated support line, a self-service portal and on-site technicians when needed.
Do you charge door fees?
No. We offer bulk, opt-in and managed models, with negotiable revenue sharing instead of door fees.
